Well, believe it or not, Hamas has a website. After reading their communique, I was struck by two things.
It's hard to delude yourself into believing Arafat mattered to them when they include lines like these in their communiques.

Hezbollah had a website, but a few years ago when tensions were raised, some Israeli hackers...um, desecrated it. The Hezbollah webmaster (!) went and kept getting new addresses with slightly different spellings, and they were all taken down with messages like "The Jews were right and we were wrong. Long live Israel!"
It is a shame that not only Israeli people have taken a land which did not and will never belong to them but they also think and pretend that Hamas Hizbolah and other military forces are terrorists what about the Israeli military actions aren't the blamable?

About the suicide bombing, what a horrible to express your religon. I have to admit I've never come across a religon that says to kill because you doing a good job for everyone. Its my understading that the big man is to have the final say in someones life, not someone that is extremely pissed off. No matter the reason (oppression, death etc) give someone else the RIGHT to go blowing people up. Now if thats how you get your fix, then go for it, blow yourself sky high, but leave other people out of it. To say that your doing something in the name of Allah is really something, if your right that is. The killing of unarmed people is wrong; period. You want to free Israel, raise an army and attack their soldiers, if you win, great, it's yours. And when Israel is an act of pure self defence, defeated the mightier arab states in 6 days, (so that she could rest on the seventh) did the arabs start to make claims for the land.....did the UN begin to make hundreds of resolutions against israel...if a country won a war in self defence, why should the defeated people force the winner to make peace (where is the logic) The land is historically, religiously (even the Koran in truths accepts that the land was given to Israel, then again majority of arabs/muslims cant read)and rightfully ISraels

The Middle East was fine when there were kings and not freakin extremists like Kadafi wanting to run a Muslim Waco out in the Desert. But I'm afraid the days of great, American friendly kings are over.
For me, this is what it comes down to, The Middle East is just way too screwed up to be fixed by any means we have at present. If left to continue, there will be more war and death, more attacks on Americans and Israelis and anyone else democratic, Christian and in favor of human rights. Now I have to admit this; I'm an American. My children are American. My friends and my co-workers are Americans. My first, most important priority is the safety, wellfare and survival of my country; my tribe. If that means the complete destruction of everyone and everything outside of my country; so be it. Better them than me.
Don't get me wrong, it's not the way I want it. I don't wish death and misery on anyone. I wish that people would just be content to enjoy what life they have and share what all we've been given on this more than sufficient planet. However, some people just can't be content. They can't leave well enough alone. They can't enjoy anything because they can't forgive anyone. It's not that they can't get passed their problem, it's that they don't want to. It makes me angry that there are so many innocent people in the Middle East without a voice, trapped and dying when they really do want to enjoy life. It's sad and disgusting.

I've heard one too many Palestinian speakers cry about Jewish retaliations in which innocent women and children were killed. It's unfortunate, but no more tragic than the innocent women and children killed by the bomb strapped terrorist which incited the retaliations. If the Palestinians don't want their innocents killed, they need to give up these terrorist members. The fact that they don't, sucks out all of my sympathy for their cause.
I hope the war on terrorism continues and whatever means, WHATEVER MEANS are nescessary should be taken to end this. I wish that no one else needed to die, but frankly, the terrorists don't seem to agree.
