Well, I'm totally out of the loop on current events. And on a day like today, I don't care. I'm sitting here with both of my windows open trying to get some of the fresh air outside into my room. It's a perfect evening, after a beautiful day. It's even been a pretty damn good week.
Day shift has worked wonders for my attitude. I still hate getting up early (suprise, suprise). But the evenings make it all worthwhile. I've done some photography, watched my friends compete in sports, hung out with people on all night benders, been soaked at a ball game, had dinner with a friend, cleaned the car, played loud music, and just generally had a great time -- all within the last week. It doesn't get much better than that.
